Family Photography
Whoah! It has been a busy few weeks at JB Moments Photography. So much so that I am only now catching up on all my blogs (you have been warned!!) ๐
There’s a model in the family
First up was the second of my birthday competition winners. The lovely Miss Berenice. Her mum had entered the competition to win a session for this beautiful six-year-old as a reward for being such a good big sister to her new baby sister. A very recent addition to the family.
Mum wanted to make sure that Berenice felt like the centre of attention so I made it into a model shoot with costume changes and background changes galore!
I’m not sure which us was having more fun with all the set changes and props. Berenice or me!
I mean this is supposed to be a Christmas background but with an antique little chair I’d sourced I think it looks pure 60’s.
But of course, Berenice dotes on her baby sister so we had to take a few family pictures including mum and dad and of course the sisters.
I mean the t-shirt says it all ๐
Love is in the air (again)
Remember the family celebrating their Golden Wedding Anniversary at Alexander House? Well, they recommended me to their friends also celebrating a Golden Wedding Anniversary . This time at the newly refurbished Balnakeilly House. Another week, another stunning location, another fantastic family. Have I mentioned recently how much I love my job? ๐
Lovers of balance and order take note…This married couple have 4 children. Each of their children have 4 children and between them have produced 8 grandsons and 8 granddaughters. Pretty cool, huh?
I was spoilt with options when I arrived with beautiful grounds overlooking the Perthshire countryside and an impressive house facade with steps just begging to be photographed. I did both of course but I just love this one of everybody on the steps.
My golden couple were total love birds and couldn’t keep their hands off each other.
When I asked, as I always do what the secret is to 50 years of happy married life they answered without a pause, “Luck and Laughter”.
Here’s to Luck and Laughter!
