The not-so-fun but oh-so-important bits...
These terms help protect both of us and make sure everything is clear when you book a photography session with JB Moments Photography. If anything’s unclear or you’d like more details, just get in touch—I’m happy to help!
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. This fee comes off your final balance.
The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your session.
If you need to reschedule, I totally understand—please just let me know as soon as possible.
Copyright & Image Use
I retain copyright of all images I take. That just means I can use them (with care) to showcase my work—like on my website, social media, or marketing materials.
If you’d rather I didn’t use your images publicly, just tell me when you book. No problem!
When you purchase digital images, you’re getting a personal use license—meaning you can print, share, and enjoy them, but not resell or edit them.
Digital Files & Prints
Your images will be professionally edited and delivered via a private online gallery.
I recommend backing up your digital files once downloaded—I can’t guarantee replacements long after delivery.
Prints and products ordered through me are carefully checked for quality before shipping. I cannot guarantee the quality of any printed products ordered via any other supplier.
Client for Life
- This will be available to clients that book JB Moments Photography’s top wedding package from 01.02.2021 until such time as JB Moments Photography ceases trading.
- It will be incumbent on the client to book their yearly session and to be flexible with days they can book.
Vouchers & Credits
- Vouchers must be used by their expiry date. If you contact JB Moments Photography before the voucher expires, JB Moments Photography may extend the expiry date.
- Print Credits must be used within 12 months of the photo shoot.
Liability & Safety
I take great care to make your experience safe, relaxed, and fun.
If, due to illness or an emergency, I’m unable to attend your session, I’ll do everything I can to reschedule—or refund your fee if that’s not possible.
In the extremely rare case of equipment failure or data loss, I’ll refund your session fee but cannot be held responsible for any indirect costs or emotional distress.
Location & Travel
I’m based in Auchterarder and happy to travel across Perthshire, Stirlingshire, and beyond.
Travel over 40 miles from Auchterarder may incur a small mileage charge—this will be agreed in advance
